About Ful-On Tri Club
Ful-on Tri began in Fulham, London, England, in 2003 when friends who had attended a swimming programme decided to train and race together. Coaches Alan Hanley, Chris Spink and Julia Tregaskis helped establish the club, whose first formal session took place that April at Fulham Pools.
The programme now brings together swimming, cycling and running across south-west London. Pool sessions use Fulham Pools, while track running moves between Wimbledon Park in winter and Barn Elms in summer. Members can compete in the London triathlon league, Surrey cross-country league and cycling time trials, with training camps and social gatherings adding to club life.
Gold membership includes pool swimming; Silver covers the other training programme, including open-water opportunities. Prospective members can register for free tasters, but pool availability is restricted: the timetable excludes Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning swims from tasters. The membership team can help newcomers choose a suitable session and confirm its venue.
