Tuesday adult training concentrates on intervals, while Thursday sessions use tempo running and routes of different lengths. Runners book through Spond before attending. Sunday outings vary with the available leaders and members' goals, ranging from easy recovery runs to longer marathon preparation, with coffee and cake back at the clubhouse afterwards.
The youth section introduces a wider range of athletics disciplines through weekly training. Its competition opportunities include local leagues, the London Youth Games and the London Mini Marathon.
