About Ennis Triathlon Club
Ennis Triathlon Club is based in Ennis, County Clare, Ireland. Triathlon Ireland lists it as a club with junior participation as well as adult membership. Swimming, cycling and running come together in its multisport programme, with both local event organisation and national team competition appearing in its history.
In 2019 the club won its first national mixed relay championship. Triathlon Ireland’s report names Ella Doherty, Daragh O’Neill, Carla Griffin and Sabian Kulczynski as the winning team. Earlier, the club’s account of its 2016 iTriInis event describes racing at Ballyalla Lake, with junior and introductory participation alongside the wider event. These are historical milestones, rather than a current race calendar or present-membership claim.
The governing-body directory provides a public club enquiry email for prospective members. Anyone interested in joining should ask about current age groups, training venues and swim requirements before attending. Ballyalla is documented here as a past event location; it should not be assumed to be the meeting point for every current session.
