About Elmbridge RRC
Elmbridge Road Runners has been part of the Weybridge running community in Surrey, England, since 1982. Its riverside base at Elmbridge Canoe Club provides a meeting place, showers and space to catch up after a run.
The club combines road and trail outings with sessions on the 400-metre track at Elmbridge Xcel Sports Hub in Walton-on-Thames. Members can explore cross-country, local relays and longer team events, while the club's own competitions include a towpath handicap. Tuesday club night offers newcomers a chance to meet the different pace groups.
Membership is open to adults aged 18 and over, with up to four free trial sessions available before committing. Couch to 5K courses offer a separate starting point for complete beginners. The website has a general enquiry form and a dedicated membership form; both are useful for choosing an appropriate first session and checking course availability.
