East Cornwall Harriers was founded in 1986 and is based in Liskeard, Cornwall, England. Its running programme covers roads and off-road terrain, with members taking part in Cornwall’s road-racing Grand Prix and multi-terrain series as well as other distance challenges.
Many weekday sessions meet at Lux Park Leisure Centre, while summer training can use the school field and weekend outings explore different routes, including the moors. The varied calendar gives runners opportunities for steady group runs, more structured work and longer outings. The Harriers organise the Cornish Marathon and Boconnoc Five, and support primary-school cross-country running locally.
