About DILI Academy
DILI Academy is a track-and-field club based at Lee Valley Athletics Centre in Edmonton, North London, England. Its name stands for Dream It, Live It. The academy combines technical coaching and physical development with a stated emphasis on discipline, teamwork and personal development.
The programme includes senior and junior development squads, alongside introductory activities for younger children. Athletes are prepared for competition, while the academy also works with schools, local authorities and community organisations to introduce more young people to athletics.
Prospective athletes should use the academy’s contact form, which asks about previous experience and sporting goals, or its published enquiry email. Lee Valley is the training venue rather than the organisation responsible for academy membership. The centre charges separately for track access, and the academy asks athletes to arrange training and payment before attending. Families should enquire about the appropriate group and current availability rather than assume every programme accepts drop-in visits.
