About Derbyshire Dynamos
Derbyshire Dynamos is an online running club based in Derbyshire, England. It has close links with Jog Derbyshire CIC and provides an affiliation route for people in local jogging groups, as well as runners who prefer to organise their own training.
Its membership model is deliberately different from a weekly training club: the Dynamos does not organise club nights or club runs. Members continue with their Jog Derbyshire group or run independently, choosing their own times and routes. There is therefore no single track, clubhouse or regular meeting point to attend.
The membership page explains the England Athletics affiliation included and provides separate joining and renewal links. It also points members towards athletics resources and leader-development benefits. Runners can contact the club by email or use the website enquiry form to check whether this arrangement suits them. The Dynamos is a regional club operating online; its virtual format does not make it a worldwide organisation.
