About Dawlish Coasters
Dawlish Coasters brings adult runners together in Dawlish, Devon, England. Club nights normally meet at the Barton car park on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a 6.30pm start. Volunteer leaders use coastal and inland routes, with faster runners looping back so mixed-ability groups can stay together.
The programme has several distinct groups: Swans for social running, Cygnets for a twice-yearly ten-week 0–5K course and progression runs, Puffins for efforts, and longer endurance options. A walking group gives members another way to keep involved, while Sunday outings include both hilly training and easier social runs. Spond carries the current session details.
The club welcomes runners aged eighteen and over, with a couple of trial runs before membership. Visitors should complete the guest emergency-contact form before attending. Members also help organise Oh My Obelisk! and Coastal Dash; Forest Flyer has moved to Haldon Trail Runners and is no longer a Dawlish Coasters-hosted event.
