About Dallam Running Club
Dallam Running Club draws runners from the South Cumbria and North Lancashire border in England, including Milnthorpe, Carnforth, Arnside, Silverdale and Kendal. Road races, trails, fell running and endurance events sit alongside a social calendar that has included camping weekends, orienteering and a cross-bay run.
Wednesday adult runs move around the club’s catchment rather than starting from one clubhouse. In darker months there are normally road and off-road options; lighter evenings allow longer outings onto the fells. The calendar gives the meeting place for each run.
Monday junior sessions develop fitness and running skills through varied terrain. The autumn 2026 programme includes hill repetitions around Storth and Arnside Knott, with separate beginner sessions where parents stay.
