About Cumberland AC

Tuesday group runs normally start from Workington Leisure Centre, meeting shortly before six in the evening. Thursday training has a separate programme, so prospective members should check the current arrangements before attending. The Tuesday group is organised to accommodate a range of running speeds.
The club publishes a membership form alongside its constitution, inclusion policy and championship rules. Contact the secretary for joining questions or help finding the relevant documents. Some information is available only in the members’ area; the public website remains the starting point for current training and membership guidance.
