About Cranbrook Running Club
Cranbrook Running Club began in the summer term of 2015 as Exeter College Running Club, offering Couch to 5K to college staff. It established a community base in Cranbrook, Devon, England, in 2018 and adopted the Cranbrook name in 2021.
The programme includes runs of different distances, run-walk sessions, intervals, trails and half-marathon preparation for the Great West Run. Club members helped establish Cranbrook Country Park junior parkrun in 2019 and the adult 5K parkrun in 2021, working with the wider community to host the weekly events.
Runs are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, with booking through RunTogether. Contact the club to choose a suitable group and confirm its start time and meeting point. Beginner courses are advertised separately, offering a supported route from walking and short runs towards a continuous 5K.
