About Colchester & Tendring AC
Colchester & Tendring Athletics Club is based at Colchester Garrison Athletics Stadium on Circular Road North. Younger members start with a broad mix of running, jumping and throwing, then move towards more focused event training as their skills develop. Volunteer coaches support athletes across different levels of experience.
The club competes in the Eastern Young Athletes, East Anglian and Southern Athletics leagues, with masters opportunities through the Eastern Masters Athletics Club league. Social events give members time together away from the track. Membership enquiries should follow the age-group waiting lists on the club website; the general contact form is reserved for other questions.
