About City Of Norwich AC

City of Norwich Athletic Club, usually known as CoNAC, was formed in 1996 through the merger of Duke Street Running Club and Norfolk Olympiads Athletic Club. It became a charity in 2016. The club combines track and field with cross-country and road running, supported by volunteers and a programme for younger athletes.

CoNAC is a competition-focused club: members are expected to train regularly and make themselves available for appropriate team events. Its younger-athlete provision includes Athletics 365, while older juniors and adults join event or running groups. Places depend on coaching capacity, so prospective members should follow the relevant application or waiting-list route before attending a session.
