About Bure Valley Harriers

Bure Valley Harriers brings together runners of different abilities for structured training and social running in Norfolk. Its programme changes with the seasons: summer sessions use Worstead and Sloughbottom Park, including routes along Marriott’s Way, while winter groups meet at the Open Academy and Norman Centre in Norwich.

Members take part in local races and events further afield, with weekend track or hill sessions, parkrun outings and occasional beach runs adding variety. The club also organises the Bure Valley 10-mile road race. Because meeting points vary by day and season, check the current training page before setting out for a first session.
