About Bramhall Runners
Bramhall Runners formed in April 2012 in Bramhall, in the Stockport area of England. It is a non-profit club whose session income supports coaching, equipment and charitable donations. Members take part in road, trail and fell running, with a club race series and parkrun league providing shared goals through the year.
Training uses several locations. Summer sessions often meet in Bramhall Park, while winter evening groups use Bramhall Recreation Centre; selected Wednesdays use the Macclesfield track. The timetable also includes strength work, shorter improvers runs and longer Sunday routes. Club-organised events include the Bowstones New Year's Eve fell race and a foodbank trail series.
A first coached running session is free, and the club accepts enquiries from runners with different levels of experience. The Green Machines children's group has its own contact and capacity checks, with a higher minimum age for winter sessions than summer activities. Ask about a suitable group before bringing a child. Membership applications go to the named membership contact; the postal application address is not a training venue.
