Bournemouth Athletic Club trains at Kings Park Athletic Centre and covers the main track and field disciplines alongside road running and cross-country. Members take part in regional and national leagues, with volunteer coaches and officials supporting the club’s training and competition programme.

For younger athletes, the junior development sessions introduce running, jumping and throwing across the ages of eight to 14. The wider club caters for different ages and levels of experience, allowing athletes to build skills before focusing on particular events.
