About Bognor Regis Tone Zone Runners
Bognor Regis Tone Zone Runners started in January 1997 when instructors and gym users at Arun Leisure Centre began training for the Bognor Prom 10K. The race remains part of the club's identity, alongside its blue and orange kit. From those gym-based beginnings, it has developed into a running club serving Felpham, Bognor Regis and the surrounding West Sussex area.
Club runs still start from Arun Leisure Centre on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Coaching combines intervals with runs at different paces and distances, and summer off-road outings make use of the surrounding countryside. Beginners have a Couch to 5K route into the club; people joining outside the usual intake can ask the head coach what support is available. Separate coaching, membership and general-enquiry addresses make it easier to reach the right person.
