About Black Trail Runners
Black Trail Runners was created in 2020 to increase Black participation and representation in trail running. It organises community runs and gives people a way into outdoor running without needing to arrive with experience or specialist knowledge.
Its programme includes free guided runs, trail tasters covering practical skills such as navigation and using poles, and a Youth Collective. Runs take place around the country and range from social outings to more technical routes for experienced runners.
