About Athlone Triathlon Club
Athlone Triathlon Club is a Midlands swim, bike and run community with links across Athlone and nearby Ballinasloe. Its I TRI’d event gives newcomers an introduction to triathlon; the club reported another edition in May 2026, supported by its own volunteers. Members also take part in the Midlands Aquathon Series with neighbouring clubs, making shorter swim-and-run events part of the local season.
