About Carrigaline A.C.
Carrigaline Athletic Club, also known as Carrigaline Roadrunners, was formed in May 2012. Based in Carrigaline, County Cork, it brings together runners who want company, encouragement and a group suited to their level. Its published club runs meet at the Men's Shed and Lions Club, with different groups overseen by an Athletics Ireland coach.
Regular Couch to 5K programmes provide a way in for beginners, while the wider club supports members working towards their own running goals. The website lists Tuesday and Thursday evening sessions; new runners should contact the club before attending to confirm the appropriate group. Membership information, updates and public enquiries are available through its ClubZap website, club email and official Facebook and Instagram pages.
