About Bilboa A.C.
Bilboa Athletics Club traces its origins to the 1930s in east Limerick, Ireland. Based near Cappamore, it developed a purpose-built clubhouse, gym, indoor hall, grass running track and a 500-metre grit track. The facilities support athletics alongside walking and other community sports activities.
The club’s own historical account describes year-round youth activity across track and field and cross-country, together with Fit4Life running and walking. Its old website retains registration pages from 2015 and 2016, so those session times, age rules and prices should be read as history rather than a current offer.
The current Athletics Ireland listing provides the Bilboa training address, membership link and club email. It also gives a telephone contact window of 7pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday. New members should use those contacts to confirm the current junior, senior or recreational programme and access to the facilities.
