About Belgooly A.C.
Belgooly AC draws athletes from Cork city and county in Ireland. The club’s archived introduction describes a strong youth track and field programme alongside senior and masters members, covering sprints, middle-distance running, hurdles, jumps and throws.
The club archive also records its involvement in the Kinsale five-mile road race and the annual four-mile Christmas race. These pages preserve useful history but stopped being maintained in 2015, so they are not a reliable guide to current event dates or training times.
For present joining enquiries, use the club’s Athletics Ireland listing, which names Munster Technological University in Bishopstown as its training location and publishes a direct club contact. Confirm the relevant age group and session before attending: the old blog’s eligibility and membership information belongs to an earlier programme.
