About Arunners RC
Arunners Running Club brings together runners in Littlehampton, West Sussex, England. Its location offers a mix of town roads, coastal routes and nearby trails, giving members different settings for regular training and social running. Wednesday club runs are organised into pace groups so people can find company suited to their running.
The club meets at the Littlehampton Badminton and Squash Club in Sparks Court. Its public website introduces the committee and run leaders and provides a joining form, giving prospective members a direct route to ask about the group. Run leaders help organise the outings rather than leaving newcomers to work out a route alone.
Anyone interested in attending should use the joining enquiry and confirm the current meeting arrangements and a suitable pace group. The club’s public Instagram account also provides a way to follow its activities. The joining enquiry is also a useful place to ask about the distance and pace expected on a first visit.
