About 4Life Triathlon Club
4Life Triathlon Club was founded by Dean Hughes in 2000 and developed a strong junior programme in the East Midlands. Its base is East Leake Leisure Centre in Nottinghamshire, where a pool and grass running tracks support training across the seasons. The club’s junior pathway helped Sophie Coldwell on her way to international triathlon.
Adults can train for triathlon or choose a running-only membership, while juniors from eight can join subject to the published swimming requirements. The club offers trial sessions by arrangement; parents should contact the junior membership team so a child can be placed in a suitable group. Some junior sessions also use Loughborough Grammar School.
