10Ironwomen is a free triathlon community with regular activities in London and Bristol and members worldwide. It began in October 2018 when ten friends entered IRONMAN Barcelona; nine finished in 2019. The group encourages women into swimming, cycling and running, from first triathlons to full-distance races, with a long-term aim of equal female and male participation at IRONMAN events. In the official 2023 Barcelona full-distance TriClub results, 45 finishers contributed to its winning 115,682-point total.
