Biography
Miguel Ángel Barzola is an Argentine distance runner who won 10,000m silver at the 2009 South American Championships in Lima. He also earned 5000m bronze at the 2010 Ibero-American Championships, running his best of 13:42.55. Born on 14 May 1982, Barzola has a 10,000m best of 28:44.54 and a road 10km best of 28:37. His longer-distance bests include 1:02:41 for the half marathon in Valencia in 2022 and 2:14:52 for the marathon in Sevilla in 2019.
