Alex Karwoski
Biography
Alex Karwoski is a Peloton instructor, international rower and distance runner. He was fourth in the men’s eight at the 2016 Olympic Games and won silver in the eight at the 2017 World Rowing Championships. USRowing named him its Male Athlete of the Year in 2019.
His running results include 2:37:40 at the 2025 New York City Marathon and 1:14:51 at the 2026 United Airlines NYC Half. He is among the Peloton instructors announced for the New York City Marathon on 1 November 2026.
